Each One Teach One Mentoring Workforce Program

The Each One Teach One Mentoring Workforce Program is an innovative, all-inclusive program designed to help young people ages 14-24 on their path to great employment. We envision being a premier employment training and placement program for people who need various supports in their work environment and especially for those who want to find a career in the field of their aligned interests. Many are ill-prepared for a future they can self-direct and often-times, poorly supported before, during, and after their transition. Many are left to fend for themselves once they reach adulthood, and others are under-supported into a life-long dependency that can easily spiral away from their true desires.
